1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sairgah platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Sairgah provides an online platform that connects passengers with taxi and cab service providers for outstation trips, local rentals, airport transfers, and tour packages across India. We act as an intermediary platform and facilitate bookings between customers and service providers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Booking & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay). We do not store your card details.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Prices may vary based on demand, distance, vehicle type, and other factors.
  • Toll charges, state taxes, and parking fees may be applicable and charged separately.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy pages. By making a booking, you agree to these policies.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to treat drivers, vendors, and other users with respect and courtesy.

7. Liability Limitations

Sairgah acts as an intermediary platform. While we strive to ensure quality service, we are not directly liable for the actions of drivers or service providers. Our liability is limited to the booking amount paid through our platform.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
