Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Rules
You may cancel your booking at any time before the trip begins. Cancellation charges depend on the timing of your cancellation relative to the scheduled pickup time.
2. Cancellation Charges

| 12–24 hours before pickup | 10% of booking amount |
| 6–12 hours before pickup | 25% of booking amount |
| Less than 6 hours before pickup | 50% of booking amount |
| After pickup / No-show | No refund |
3. How to Cancel
- Online: Log into your account, go to My Bookings, and click Cancel.
- Phone: Call our 24/7 support line at +91 98150 00000.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to contact@sairgah.com with your booking ID.
4. Driver/Service Provider Cancellation
If a driver cancels a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund. We will also attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle at no extra cost.
5. Cancellation by Sairgah
In rare circumstances (force majeure, regulatory restrictions, or safety concerns), Sairgah may cancel a booking. In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
