Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • Cancellation of a booking as per our Cancellation Policy
  • Driver or service provider cancellation of a confirmed booking
  • Sairgah-initiated cancellation due to operational reasons
  • Duplicate payment or overcharging
  • Service not rendered due to vehicle breakdown or driver no-show

2. Refund Timeline

* Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

3. Refund Amount Calculation

The refund amount is calculated based on the Cancellation Policy fee structure. After deducting applicable cancellation charges, the remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method.

4. No-Refund Situations

  • The trip has been completed in full
  • The customer was a no-show and did not cancel
  • The cancellation was made less than 1 hour before pickup for airport transfers
  • Minor delays (under 15 minutes) in driver arrival

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Online: Cancel your booking from My Bookings — refund is automatic.
  • Support: Email contact@sairgah.com with your booking ID and reason.
  • Phone: Call +91 98150 00000 (24/7).

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund amount or decision, you can escalate to our support team. We will review your case within 48 hours and provide a resolution. Our decision in such matters is final.
