Night surcharge is a 10% additional charge applied on outstation cab trips when your departure is between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. For example, if your Sedan fare is ₹4,200, the night surcharge would add approximately ₹420. This covers driver night allowance and reduced road visibility safety considerations.

Yes, Sairgah fares include estimated toll charges based on your specific route. Toll costs vary by highway segment: NH44 (Delhi-Chandigarh) tolls are approximately ₹40-80 per booth for cars. Our V4 pricing engine estimates toll costs for your exact route using Google Maps data — the estimate shown in your fare breakdown is what you pay. No surprise toll bills at the end of your trip.

Sedans (Swift Dzire, Honda Amaze) are the most economical at ₹9-12/km, seating 4 passengers comfortably. SUVs (Innova, Ertiga, Crysta) cost ₹14-18/km and seat 6-7 passengers with extra luggage space. Tempo Travellers cost ₹22-28/km for 12-seater group travel. Prices vary by route distance, terrain (hill stations cost more), and vehicle availability.

Yes. A one-way fare charges you only for the distance from pickup to drop. A round trip charges for the return distance as well, though at a discounted per-km rate. For example, Ludhiana to Delhi one-way by Sedan is approximately ₹4,200 (470km × ₹9/km). The same route as a round trip would be approximately ₹7,200 (940km total at a lower effective rate). If you don't need the vehicle for the return journey, always choose one-way — it's significantly cheaper.
